Led product work to deliver new features for SEO and platform reliability. Partnered with engineering to plan and execute refactors (e.g., decoupling key data systems and databases) and to improve internal observability and workflows.
Improved internal systems used by design and content teams—starting with hands‑on prototypes (e.g., Python + Selenium tagging automation) that evolved into productized tools in the admin interface. This initiative led to a PM promotion and wider infrastructure upgrades.
